How to Register Your HOA Account Online
Community residents can now use the convenience of our online portal to pay their Homeowner Association fees. We would like to introduce you to our new portal with secure online access to your account information.
Owner Portal Registration
Owner portal registration is a two step process:
You will need following information for registration:
1- The registration code that appears on the letter you received from Rancho
2- Your last name
3- The email address you have provided to us
Once you have registered, you can use any of these mobile devices to sign in and use the Owner Portal.
1- Scroll down and select Click here to register as identified below.
2- Insert your First Name and Last Name.
3- Add the registration code that was provided in the letter that was sent to you.
4- Add the email address you’ve chosen for your user profile.
5- If you see no email listed in the letter you received, please free to register using any email of your choice.
6- If you want to use a different email address please contact us to set that up before you register.
7- Select a password. The validation will identify the strength of the password as it is entered. Re-enter it in the field below to confirm.
8- Select a security question and answer.
9- Complete security CAPTCHA to confirm you are not a robot.
10- Click on the link to accept the terms and conditions.
11- Click Register.
A confirmation will display notifying to proceed to check provided email for verification purposes.*
In order to verify that the email address associated with your account is correct, we have sent an email to the email address you specified while registering on the Owner Portal. To activate the Owner Portal account, please access your email and click on the link provided inside the email.
