Rancho is a privately owned family company which has been in business since 1958 and has developed into one of the larger property management companies in Western Canada with offices in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. As of March 2022, the Commercial & Residential division of Rancho Winnipeg's management portfolio has been operating under Qualico Properties and currently includes over 1600 residential rental apartments and over 720,000 square feet of commercial space. The condominium division operating under Rancho Realty Services includes over 2,050 condominium units. As a licensed broker and member of the Manitoba Real Estate Association, our goal is to build long term relationships with our clients based on co-operation and trust.
