As of March 2022, the Commercial & Residential division of Rancho Winnipeg's management portfolio has been operating under Qualico Properties and currently includes over 1600 residential rental apartments and over 720,000 square feet of commercial space. The condominium division operating under Rancho Realty Services includes over 2,050 condominium units.
